3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Packaging the Return: Ensure the product is securely packaged in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to return your item, as RoyalDiamondGlow is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
